This marks the beginning of the 2022-2023 4-H year. The “It’s a Way of Life” club has new officers for the year. The new president is Hayden Garcia and the vice president is Brook Arnold. The secretary is Autumn Stallings and the treasurer is Dawn Arnold. Aurora Stallings is the club reporter and Johnny Rust is club historian.
Enrollment starts this month. If you sign up before Nov. 1, it is $35 a person. First-year members pay $40.
The safety meeting for all shooting sports will be on Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Meeker 4-H exhibit hall. Indoor shooting sports will be every Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. for air rifle/pistol, and 6-8 p.m. for archery.
A Magical Night at Hogwarts will be on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 5-9 p.m. at the Fairgrounds. The Stallings family will run Muggle Studies.
It’s a Way of Life’s next meeting will be on Nov. 15 at 7 p.m.
