Rio Blanco County is seeking a Vendor for the 2020 Rio Blanco County Columbine Park Panels. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the “IFB”) is to have a Vendor submit a written response to specifically address the fee required to supply 136 Equine Panels. The Bid Documents must be received by mail no later than Friday, January 10, 2020, or hand delivery no later than 11:00 A.M., Mountain Daylight Time, on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, to 555 Main Street, Meeker Colorado 81641. MUNICIPAL ELECTION
APRIL 7, 2020
To: Any person, who is eligible by law, to be a candidate for the Offices of Mayor or Trustee for the Town of Dinosaur to be elected at the Municipal election to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 please take notice:
A candidateís qualifications for eligibility to hold public office are:
1. Be a registered elector;
2. Attain the age of eighteen years or older on the date of the election and;
3. Reside in the Town of Dinosaur for a period of at least twelve (12) consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
Nomination petitions may be circulated and signed beginning on Wednesday January 8, 2020.  Nomination petitions and an information sheet for prospective candidates will be available at Town Hall, 317 Stegosaurus Freeway, on or after 9:00 am. January 8, 2020.  Regular office hours at Town Hall are 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00, Monday through Friday.
The last day for the circulation and signing of nomination petitions shall be Tuesday, January 28, 2018 on or before 5:00 p.m.  All nomination petitions shall be filed with the Town Clerk at Town Hall by this date and time.
The following town Officers will be elected at the election:
Mayor, two-year term;
Three members of the Town Board of Trustees ñ four-year terms.

The Town Board of Trustees is seeking letters of interest from qualified individuals to fill five positions on an Interim Board for the Meeker Housing Authority. Qualifications for the positions are to be: a registered voter within Rio Blanco County; eighteen years of age or older and must have resided within Rio Blanco County for at least twelve consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the appointment. 2019 RIO BLANCO COUNTY ROAD 5 STOCK PASS 5 PROJECT
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 14th day of January, 2020 at Meeker, Colorado, final settlement will be authorized by the Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners with Scott Contracting, Inc. of 9200 East Mineral Ave., Suite 400, Centennial, CO 80112 for all work done by said CONTRACTOR on the project known as the 2019 Rio Blanco County Road 5 Stock Pass 5 Project.
Any person, co-partnership, association, or corporation who has an unpaid claim against the said project may at any time, up to and including the date specified in item 2 below, file a VERIFIED STATEMENT of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claims.
All such claims shall be filed with Van Pilaud, County Engineer, Rio Blanco County Road & Bridge Department, 570 2nd Street, Meeker, Colorado 81641 on or before January 9, 2020 at 4:00 P.M.
Failure on the part of a creditor to file such a statement will relieve Rio Blanco County from any and all liability for such claim.

The Rangely Town Council will hold a public hearing at 7:10pm, Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the Court Room of the Municipal Building at 209 East Main Street, Rangely, Colorado on the following:
Easement Vacation and creation of larger easement
The Rangely Town Council will take public comments regarding a request for Sewer Easement Vacation on the parcel located at 226 E. Main St., a Metes and Bounds Lot, in Section 2, T1N, R102W of the 6th P.M., Town of Rangely, Rio Blanco County, CO. and the creation of larger Utility easement. Following action on the easement vacation request, an administrative review of a proposed Dollar General Retail store will continue, including a lot line vacation between the above-mentioned parcel and Lot 1 of the Hume Minor Subdivision to create 1 lot, of 1.76 acres, zoned Restricted.
The Dollar General Development proposal can be viewed at the Main Office of the Town of Rangely at 209 E. Main Street in Rangely, Colorado.
The Public is invited to attend the meeting and provide written or verbal comment on the proposed development.

F. Move to approve/deny Request for Reimbursement No. 1 from T-O Engineers for the Rangely Airport Federal Grant #3-08-0047-013-2019, State Grant #19-4VO-01, in the total amount of $18,191.85. The FFA reimbursement is $16,372.67, the State Reimbursement is $909.59, the RBC Sponsor Commitment is $909.59.
G. Move to approve/deny Request for Reimbursement No. 6 from T-O Engineers for the Meeker Airport Coulter Field Federal Grant #03-08-041-013-2018, State Grant #18-EEO-01, in the total amount of $11,734.50. The FFA reimbursement is $10,561.05, the State Reimbursement is $586.72, the RBC Sponsor Commitment is $586.73.
H. Move to approve/deny Change Order No. 03 to Agreement for Services originally dated 9/10/2019, between the Board of County Commissioners of Rio Blanco County, Colorado and Dave Stewart, increasing the not to exceed amount by $4000.00 to a total not to exceed amount of $8,465.00.

You may register up to April 7, 2020 to vote in the Municipal Election.  In order to be eligible to vote in the municipal election, you must be an U.S. Citizen, at least eighteen years of age and a resident of the state for twenty-two days prior to the election.
You may pick up registration forms at Dinosaur Town Hall, 317 Stegosaurus Freeway, Dinosaur Colorado, or register in Craig at the County Clerks Office.  During regular business hours.

The EASTERN RIO BLANCO METROPOLITAN RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is soliciting bid proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of one 15 passenger ADA compliant, Non CDL passenger bus.
Minimum Specifications:
– 15 Passenger
– Non CDL
– Gas or Diesel
– New or Low mileage Used
– ADA compliant lift, curbside
– Automatic snow chains
– Vinyl wrap
– Delivery to Meeker, Colorado
Proposals must be received by the District before Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 at 5pm to the District’s administrative office, Meeker Recreation Center, 101 Ute Road, Meeker, CO 81641 or digitally at [email protected]. Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered. ERBM reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. ERBM may accept the proposal that, in its estimation, represents the best value to the District.
