On May 22, 2025, Uplift Meeker unveiled Josephine, the first mural in its new Pioneers in Paint series—a public art project celebrating influential historical figures from Meeker. Designed by Meeker High School art teacher Ben Quinn and painted by his students and community members during a previous Meeker Market, the mural reflects collaboration between Uplift Meeker, the high school art program, and the public. Next in the series: Captain Jack, a paint-by-number mural the community can help bring to life at the upcoming Meeker Market.
