RBC I The Ninth Judicial District Nominating Commission will meet at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs on Aug. 31 to interview and select nominees for appointment by the governor to the office of district judge for the Ninth Judicial District, which includes Rio Blanco, Garfield and Pitkin counties.
The vacancy will be created by the retirement of the Honorable Gail H. Nichols, effective Oct. 31.
