This week the Rangely FFA Chapter had the honor of doing a community service project of Kiss the Pig. This past week has been National FFA week, and the local chapter wanted to do something to show their gratitude towards FFA and their community. All of the proceeds received were donated to the Rangely Community Resource Pantry. The chapter would like to thank the school staff, the community, and anyone that donated to the Kiss the Pig. The FFA chapter would also like to give a huge shout out and thanks to Jerry LeBleu, Brielle Smuts and Jason Cox for being our contestants this year. The chapter raised a total of $345.33, with $154.81 going towards Brielle Smuts to Kiss the Pig. Rangely FFA sends thanks to everyone and all that helped make this year’s National FFA week one to remember. | COURTESY PHOTO
