Amending the biosolids into the agricultural fields is to be completed by the individual property owners.
3. Clearing and grubbing of interior side slopes in the lagoon cell.
4. Site Restoration including final grading of the lagoon cell bottom after biosolids have been removed to provide for a uniform surface (e.g., removal of ruts and/or deformations from equipment and/or dump trucks used in removing biosolids).
