I’m so happy to live here in Rangely, not just because it is a great place, but because of the good people with huge hearts who answer the call to help in any way, like they did Jan. 23 at the “Mexican Dinner Benefit” for my uncle, Genaro Marquez. Thank you so much. I don’t have words, especially with other activities going on here in Rangely. We got around 70 people at St. Ignatius Catholic Church Hall. Thanks to George Fortunato and Connie Skelton for their help and all my friends who helped me cook a wonderful dinner, and to all the other people who couldn’t go but still gave donations during the following week. I’m so glad to say that my uncle is doing pretty good. God bless each one.
