For the past three years, Scott Pierson has satisfactorily performed his work responsibilities as the executive director of the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District. Due to a difference in management philosophy, the district board and Mr. Pierson agreed to the amicable separation of his employment, effective Sept. 6, 2011.
