You should have received your Notice of Valuation in the mail. If you have not, please contact our office at 970-878-9410. We will be happy to get you a replacement.
If you have received your notice most likely the value of your property has increased. This is due to the market value that we by law are required to use in setting values of properties. Sales from 7/1/2020 through 6/30/2022 were used in setting your values.
