Letter: Citizen says “thanks”

Meeker is such a great town to live in. I want to thank all the wonderful people who live here and have helped me out the last couple of months. So many people helped me with both incoming and outgoing packages before Christmas. Some of them I did not even know. And all of those who have helped shovel me out, both front and back walks and driveway. And, the gentlemen who shoveled me out when I got stuck in a pile of snow at Sixth and Market. And especially to the city plow driver who pulled me up when I fell in the snow in front of my house and was unable to stand up again. I have loved Meeker since I moved here over 24 years ago, but these people have really endeared it to my heart.
