Dear Editor:
I guess I want to express myself after moving to Rangely from Virginia.
I’m very disappointed in the nepotism in the job “market” here. My manager pushed hours towards her brother-in-law and sister or whatever instead of the some dozen or so other team members that could really use some hours and therefore income.
I moved from liberal Virginia to get away from the hands of greed. Virginia just barely bumped their minimum wage to a whopping $9 an hour. Only within the last year. Wow.
I hear from locals and your doctors that yeah, this is a common thing. I witnessed a coworker who was homeless begin to stress over how she’s gonna have income for her home with hour cuts.
I have a gnarly feeling retribution is coming for you people. God sees your gross negligence. You can try to ignore it, but it’ll come back for you.
