The update on the Moyer recall is as follows: the Moyer Recall Committee is awaiting judicial review before the recall can go before voters on a ballot. The attorney hired by Matt Scott filed a lawsuit in Rio Blanco District Court challenging the decision made by Boots Campbell, the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder.
