Thank you to the community from the Watt family
Dear Editor:
The Watt family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the opportunity to have served the community of Meeker for the last 69 years.
Tom and Liz Watt bought the grocery store in 1955, and it has been known as Watt’s Ranch Market since that time. Harry Watt, son of Tom and Liz, came back to Meeker in the late 60’s and started his tenure at the helm. In the late 90’s Harry’s son J.C. began working for the store and eventually assumed ownership of the business.
The entire family has truly been humbled by the outpouring of gratitude, praise and well wishes from the community. Thank you so much to everyone past and present that has been a part of our team, we could not have done it without you. Most of all, thank you to our customers. You are the most important part of any business, and we are blessed to have been a part of your family’s lives.
