Dear Editor:
For those of you who travel SH13 from Rifle to Meeker, here is some information I garnered by calling CDOT.
Engineering design and determination of and right of way requirements are underway from Rifle north to the Garfield county line. Funding to construct any of this section is not in a program at the present time.
