Grateful for a giving community
Dear Editor:
We live in a very special community. The outpouring of food and money donations for the Thanksgiving food basket project was amazing. We were able to provide 30 families with food for Thanksgiving. Thank you to all who donated food and money. We couldn’t have done this without all of you who helped sort and deliver. We had so many volunteers that we didn’t have jobs for everyone who showed up to help. Let’s all continue to find ways to help struggling neighbors. What a blessing it is to be a part of this community.
