Letter to the Editor: Republicans urged to participate in caucus

Dear Editor:
I would like to remind the registered Republican voters of Rio Blanco County to participate in our precinct caucuses on Feb. 7  at 7 p.m. In this day and age it is easy to believe that your vote doesn’t count but there is no easier expression of the will of the people than local caucus meetings.
