Dear Editor:
On July 6, New Eden Pregnancy Care Services in Rangely hosted its inaugural (hopefully!) 5K Color Run. There were 73 participants of all ages, joyfully dressed in white, eagerly awaiting their being doused in paint.
The paint was generously donated and the course created by Rangely Parks and Recreation.
All proceeds from the race went to the pregnancy center.
Those who participated in the run said it was a blast and they enjoyed the family-focused colorful affair and look forward to doing it again!
A huge thank you goes out to the Rangely School District and Recreation Center, 4H, Rangely Christian Church Youth and those who donated, participated or helped put on this successful event.
