Gratitude
Dear Editor:
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the community for the warm welcome I’ve received as a newly appointed member of the Town Board of Trustees. Your support and encouragement mean a great deal to me as I embark on this journey to serve our town. I also want to extend my appreciation to the employees of the Town of Meeker and my fellow Trustees. What a wonderful group of people!
As I prepare for the upcoming elections in April 2026, I am eager to learn and contribute positively to our community. Having grown up in Meeker, it is a true privilege to give back to the place I love.
I genuinely appreciate how Meeker manages to maintain its unique charm while navigating the changes brought by our evolving economy. There’s something special about its small-town feel that allows it to thrive without losing the essence that makes it home. It’s heartening to see our community adapt and grow while still retaining what makes it a hidden gem. I love that we can embrace progress while staying true to our roots.
I look forward to working alongside fellow trustees and community members to make Meeker an even better place to live.
