Rio Blanco County Personal Property Owners:
Owners of taxable personal property may challenge the actual value of their property set by the county assessor from June 16 to July 7. The assessor will be available by appointment only to hear objections and protests to valuations for the 2008 assessment of personal property. Current valuations will become final unless a protest is filed.
