MEEKER I The Meeker Arts and Cultural Council will meet on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Meeker United Methodist Church Elbert Hall.A major project for 2014 includes follow-up on the application for designation of Meeker as a Creative District from Colorado Creative Industries, a division of the Colorado State Office of Economic Development.
