PRESS RELEASE
MEEKER | If you have a child who will be 4 years of age on or before July 1, 2025, your child may be eligible for Universal Preschool.
If your child meets the eligibility requirements, please use the following links, starting on March 10, to register on the Universal Preschool portal for the session that you prefer.
AM Part Time:
Morning session, 10 hours/week, 2.5 hours/day, 7:50 – 10:20 (https://tinyurl.com/5aepzcs6)
PM Half Day:
Afternoon session, 15 hours/week, 3.75 hours/day, 11:45 – 3:30 (https://tinyurl.com/48xuyhut)
Complete the application. (Some of the questions indicate that you may qualify for additional hours. Please note that this is not an option at Meeker Preschool. Your child will be placed in one session only).
Once complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration was submitted.
You will be notified, via email, of your match to Meeker Elementary Preschool. You will be instructed to either accept or decline your match. Please complete this step prior to March 31, 2025.
You will receive correspondence directly from Meeker Elementary at a later time. There will be additional paperwork specific to our enrollment process.
Other steps to take:
• Order your child’s official birth certificate (if you do not already have one).
• Schedule your child’s 4 year old well-child check/physical with your pediatrician. This check up will most likely include any additional immunizations your child may require. Ask your medical provider for a signed health appraisal stating that your child has been evaluated
