The former park, Wilderness Rendezvous, which has remained vacant for nearly a decade, will undergo renovation and re-brand into a Tiny Home Resort and RV Park. Four Points Funding will initially manage the park while transitioning management to a local operator.

The addition of 4 Tiny Homes, available for nightly and short-term rental, will provide guests with a unique experience and will be available for individual and group rentals. In addition, Trail & Hitch will feature 30 full-service RV hookups available for short and medium term rental.
