Men’s golf team nabs Rangely Cup after 13 years

The Cedar Ridges men’s team was the winner of the Rangely Cup for 2019 by one point over the ladies’ team last weekend. Rob Morgan, Mark Neumeier, Rick Brady, Luke Geer, Christopher Hejl, Josh Teague and James Maybury made up the trophy-winning team. Rob Morgan (far left) was named Most Valuable Player.

RANGELY | The men and women faced off last weekend at Cedar Ridges Golf Course in Rangely, Colorado,  for the 2019 Rangely Cup. The men’s team, with a final score of 10-9, brought home the cup for the first time since 2006.

Playing on the men’s team: Rick Brady, Mark Neumeier, Rob Morgan , James Maybury, Jeremy Cantrell, Luke Geer, Marc Blake, Mark Skelton, Caleb Templeton, Josh Teague and Christopher Hejl.

This year on the ladies’ team: Ellen Boudreaux, Teresa Broderick, Linda Gordon, Lavella Justus, Leilanie Morgan, Jan Cooper, Candra Robie, Janet Mackay and  Cori Elam.
