Two long-term employees made the decision to begin a new chapter in their lives. Darrell (above) and Liz Kendall (below) retired from the Rio Blanco County Road & Bridge Department on June 25, 2020. Darrell worked for the department for 28-½ years, and Liz for almost 19. Both began as laborers and truck drivers, then moved up to grader operators.
