Mina A. Pauls, 74, of Rangely, Colo., died Aug. 31, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction.
Born Jan. 27, 1942, in Salt Lake City, Utah, she was the daughter of the late Boyd and Eva Orton Cloward.
