MEEKER | Monday, May 4 all Mountain Valley Bank locations in Hayden, Meeker, Steamboat Springs and Walden, Colorado, reopened their lobbies to customers. All locations will practice social distancing in their facilities and adhere to all State of Colorado guidelines as it relates to financial services industries. Customers are still encouraged to use digital channels to access their accounts. All community rooms will remain restricted through May 31.
“We are excited to again be able to connect with our customers in person. The safety of our customers and staff continues to be our primary focus,” said Mountain Valley Bank Corporate President Wade Gebhardt. “I am proud of the exceptional service that our staff has been able to provide our customers through all our service delivery alternatives recently, but moving past our appointment-only restrictions to full lobby access allows us to serve our customers in a more traditional way.”
