New fishing pier…

In 2015 the Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District was awarded a $70,000 grant from Colorado Parks and Wildlife for the replacement of a fishing pier. This grant was the largest grant issued by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife in 2015 and will be used to construct an “Americans with Disabilities Act” compliant fishing pier. The pier will be a wonderful addition for all the users of Kenney Reservoir for decades to come with completion scheduled for November 2016.
