Meeker pageant seeking participants
MEEKER | Meeker Pageant director Laurie Zellers is seeking participants for the July 4 Meeker Pageant production. This spectacular annual event has been presented each year for more than 70 years. Foot Care Clinic June 12
MEEKER | Pioneers Medical Center Home Health will be offering its monthly Foot Care Clinic Tuesday, June 12, 10 a.m. at The Pines. A certified nurse assistant will trim toenails, assess circulation, give skin care and check blood pressure. Persons found to have circulation or foot problems will be referred to a physician. Wrestling camp, BBQ today
MEEKER | A wrestling camp and barbecue for grades K-12 will be today. The wrestling camp is at Meeker High School. Clinician for the camp is four time All-American wrestler Joe LeBlanc, assistant coach at the University of Indiana and MHS graduate. Camp for kindergarten through fifth grade is from noon to 2 p.m., followed by grades six through 12 from 2-5 p.m. Camp cost is $30 which includes a barbecue ticket. The wrestling barbecue is at Meeker City Park at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome at the barbecue. Barbecue cost is $15 per person. A silent dessert auction will be held following the barbecue. RBC’s Got Talent at the RBC Fair
RBC | The Rio Blanco County Fair is hosting the first annual Rio Blanco County’s Got Talent Show on Friday, Aug. 3 after the 4-H/FFA steer show. Entry forms for the talent show can be picked up as early as June 4 at the Meeker and Rangely CSU Extension locations. Call Roxie at 878-9495 for more information.

Primary election is Tuesday, June 26
