Victory Motors hosting broadcast
CRAIG | Victory Motors in Craig has been chosen to host a live television broadcast on RFD-TV during the 2022 Farm Show Ag Rally on March 22. Along with RFD’s live broadcast on National Ag Day. Victory Motors is a Certified Agriculture Dealership offering AgPack,® a package of farm and ranch management tools that give the agriculture customer an immediate return on their vehicle investment by saving thousands of dollars in farm and ranch operating costs. The AgRally begins at 2 p.m. Eastern on RFD-TV and runs through 5 p.m.
Livestock watering facility funding
RBC | Landowners and Public Land Permittees: the White River and Douglas Creek Conservation Districts are offering a stipend to landowners/permittees within the Conservation Districts to implement projects to maintain and/or improve livestock watering facilities (including ponds), during this extended drought period. Landowners/permittees are eligible to apply for up to four projects.
Applications for this funding are a short two-page document. Completed applications will be approved on a first come, first served, basis pending funding availability that has been secured through grants. The respective district board will review and make the final decisions on application approval at monthly board meetings.

Library book club
MEEKER | The book club will be reading “Homegoing” by Yaa Gyasi. We will discuss the book on Monday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at Meeker Public Library. All are welcome to join in the fun.
