Ahhhhh-choooo! Bless you!

Are you a serial sneezer? I can always tell when the tree pollen emerges because I have fits of repetitive sneezes, sometimes as many as a couple dozen in a row. That’s nothing compared to the Guinness World Record holder for consecutive sneezes. Donna Griffiths of Great Britain started sneezing on Jan. 13, 1981, and didn’t have a sneeze-free day until Sept. 16, 1983. According to the BBC, she sneezed an estimated million times in the first 365 days.

If you want to check the pollen count, there’s a website for that: Pollen.com. Plug in your ZIP code to the allergy tab and find out what allergens are at the top of the list. Currently poplar, juniper and oak are at the top of the list.
