No surprise: Snow pack is up

RBC — The third snow survey of the winter was conducted March 31 at the four snow survey sites in the upper White River Basin.
The White River snow pack water equivalent (snow moisture) is 52 percent above last year at this time. Basin wide, the White River snow pack is 2 percent above the 30-year average snow moisture for this point in the year.
