Northwest Region to host sportsperson’s meeting on Jan. 8 in Grand Junction

RBC | Sportspersons from across Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s Northwest Region are invited to attend a hybrid sportsperson’s meeting to discuss a variety of important issues involving hunting, fishing, and conservation on Thurs., Jan. 8  at the Northwest Region Office in Grand Junction. 

Participants unable to attend in person can participate through Zoom. Anyone wishing to attend virtually must register using this link before the meeting. 

During the meeting, staff from CPW will provide important updates on hunting and fishing issues in the Northwest Region. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions on topics that concern them during the open discussion time led by Northwest Region Sportsperson’s Roundtable members.

While CPW representatives will be present, agency officials emphasize that their role is to assist in answering questions outside of the presentation topics during the meeting. The agenda and topics discussed are determined by the NW Region sportspersons members and input from the public.
