VERNAL, UT | The Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum will host paleontologist Dr. John Foster tonight for a discussion of some of the latest fossil finds in the area.
The lecture is free and is set for 7 p.m. at the museum, 496 E. Main in Vernal.
Foster is the curator of paleontology at the Museum of Western Colorado. His research focuses on vertebrate paleoecology of the Upper Jurassic Morrison Formation and trilobite taphonomy in the Middle Cambrian of the Great Basin.
