A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at the Oregon Trail State Veteran’s Cemetary Chapel in Casper, Wyo., for Allen W. Rice of Spring, Texas.
Mr. Rice passed away on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, at Wyoming Medical Center.
He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
