Bertha H. George, born Dec. 5, 1918, to Harry H. and Carla H. Moore, passed away on Oct. 26, 2008, in Winnemucca, Nev., where she had resided for the last several years. She was born and raised in Rifle, Colo. She attended the Rifle schools, and was graduated from Rifle High School.
