Dennis Leigh Estel, age 65, died Nov. 27, 2021.
Dennis was born June 19, 1956, in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania, to Ralph and Ruth Evan Estel. Dennis graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Pennsylvania. He also took several college classes.
Dennis had been employed as a pumper in the oilfield industry for Williams and Locin Oil until he retired. He was also a pipeline inspector for Williams for many years.
Dennis was a member of Elks, BPOE 1907 in Rangely, Colorado. He attended the Christian Church.
He enjoyed any kind of hunting; hunting for horns; fishing and watching the wildlife. He was a kind-spirited man who would help anyone. Dennis enjoyed traveling. He and his wife Wanda went to various states after retiring.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Wanda; stepson Daniel (Signy) Hefley and three grandchildren; three siblings, Ralph (Donna) Estel, Pennsylvania; Janice (Lou) McKay, Pennsylvania; Tim (Stephanie) Estel, New Jersey; many nieces and nephews; and a great many special friends.
Memorial services will be in the summer of 2022. Date and time to be announced.
