Obituary: Doris Warren

Doris Warren passed away Dec. 31, 2011, at Pioneers Hospital in Meeker. She spent the last seven years in the Walbridge Wing.
Doris was the third daughter of Clyde and Goldie Wilson Stephenson, local pioneers, and was born Jan.28, 1923. She attended Meeker schools. She worked at First National Bank several years before running for Rio Blanco County Treasurer, a job at which job she worked five terms — 19 years — before…
