EbeADean Albert Johnson, 74, passed away at home in Meeker, Colorado on February 27, 2023. She is survived by her husband Bob Johnson; brothers Charles, James and Alan; and sister Shirley.
She was born in Dragerton, Utah, on July 10, 1948. She was the daughter of Edwin Albert and Grace Robertson. EbeADean was the fifth of eight children. In 1976 she married Bob Johnson in Cody, Wyoming. Through the years, they lived in Montana, Minnesota and Colorado. Between the two there were four children. She worked as a waitress, housewife, trucking partner and optician.
They moved to Meeker in 2014. EbeADean was known for her creative organization skills, classy meals, and her flair for entertaining. She volunteered for the 4-H Hogwart’s night and other school and community activities. She was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in Relief Society, Young Womens and Primary.
Her funeral service will be held at The Meeker LDS Ward at 903 Third St. on Saturday, March 11. The viewing will be at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. Internment will be held at the Highland Cemetery. Following the services there will be lunch at church.
