A lifelong resident of Rio Blanco County, Ellen Marie Boudreaux, passed away on Jan. 26, 2024, at the age of 73. Ellen was born on July 20, 1950, to Elton “Scrub” and Hazel Edwards in Hayden, Colorado. She was raised with her siblings in Rangely, Colorado, lived in Meeker for several years, before returning to Rangely where she resided until her death.
