Estella “Elaine” Webber was born on Dec. 13,1938, to Antone Bryan (Whitey) and Mary Jean Eliasen on the Sleepy Cat Ranch. Elaine was the second of 15 children in the Eliasen family. She was raised in Rio Blanco County and graduated from the Meeker High School in 1956.
On Nov. 7, 1958, she married Ray Webber from Steamboat Springs, and they lovingly raised their five children.…
