Ethel Amanda Stout passed on to her heavenly home in the early morning of Sept. 21, 2010. Ethel was born Jan. 31, 1920, to Ralph and Lena (Starnes) McDaniel in Fleming, Colo. Her preschool years were spent in eastern Colorado and the the family moved to Rulison, where she grew up, met and married her husband.
