After a long and fulfilling life, Ethel Starbuck died at the age of 103 at the Walbridge Wing in Meeker on Nov. 26, 2020.
Ethel was born on Aug. 31, 1917, to Arthur Mark Stone and Ada Alice Bell Stone. When Arthur died of tuberculosis five years later, Ada moved to Colorado with Ethel and Ethel’s older brother and sister. The family lived in Briggsdale, Agate, and other…
