Obituary: Florence ‘Flossy’ Louise Mead Eddy

Flossy was born in Saratoga, Wyo., 79 years ago to Frank and Thumal “Pat” Mead. The family moved to Rangely while she was in her teens, where she met Harold E. Eddy. They married June 6, 1947, in Craig and had five children, residing in Rangely until their retirement in 1984.
