Obituary: Jack Kenneth Hillis

Longtime Rangely resident Jack Kenneth Hillis, 84, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013. Jack was the son of Loyce O. and Tula M. Hillis. He was born Oct. 22, 1929, in Clinton, Okla.
