Kris Plate always seemed to have a smile on his face, a man who really enjoyed life. He was a UPS driver who delivered up the river for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, snowboard, or just spend time in the mountains. Many a day, people would see him fly fishing the White River on his lunch break.…
