Larry Wursten Cook passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 79. Larry was born May 31, 1940, to Mary Wursten and Sterling Cook.
Larry believed in hard work. He was active in serving in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from his youth. Some examples of his service are serving as a missionary in the Swiss-Austria Mission, serving as bishop, high counselor, primary and Sunday school worker. He owned and operated Cook’s Trucking.
He is survived by his brothers Rodney (Tammy) Cook and John Cook, his wife Rosemarie Cook, his children: Rosaly (Roger) Coombs, Andrew (Jason) Banks, Christopher (Dawnell) Cook, as well as his 12 Grandchildren and one Great-grandson. Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Joseph Cook.
Graveside services were held Friday, March 20, 2020, at 11 a.m. at the Rangely Cemetery. Services can be viewed online at www.AshleyValleyFuneralHome.com.
