Lawrence McKenzie Allred, 95, passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, in his sleep. He was born Sept. 30, 1919, to Albert and Helen Marie Redden Allred in Vernal, Utah.

Allred joined the Air Force and served in India for four years during World War II. He met and married his sweetheart, Paula Fowler, in 1950. He started working for Searle Electric, working most of his life in the oil field, having retired…
