Mary Austena (Kenney) Truitt, 83, of Kendrick, Idaho, passed away on May 4, 2025, in Lewiston, Idaho. She was born Dec. 30, 1941, in Meeker, Colorado.
Truitt is preceded in death by her father James Robert Kenney, mother Leah Bly Coy, brother Jimmy Kenney, and spouse Melvin Merritt Truitt.
Truitt retired from the Rangely Flower Smith shop. Her interests included painting, photography, gardening and spending time with grandkids.
She is survived by children Jim Truitt, Tena Tolley and Angie Coulson; brothers John Kenney and Bill Kenney and sister Zuva Paches; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mary requested no services. As per her wishes she will be laid to rest in Idaho.
