Robert Wayne Wells, 83, of Meeker, Colo., passed away July 16, 2011.He was born in LaVerne, Okla., on Aug. 31, 1927, to Edward and Virgie Mae Miner Wells. He met Joan Lavelle in Cimarron, Kan., in 1949, and they were married two years later.
