Terry W. Mowbray has finally kicked the bucket. Born in Cutbank, Montana to Stan and Betty Mobray. Proceeded in death his parents Stan and Betty, and his oldest brother Steve. Terry’s family moved to Wilson Creek, Colorado for an oil camp outside of Meeker, Colorado. His father was an employee of Texas Oil. Terry graduated from Meeker High School in 1963.
